PureLeads is a business lead-generation platform that helps users compile business contact information using selected industries, categories, keywords, and locations.
Depending on available source data, results may include business names, telephone numbers, websites, addresses, email addresses, and public social-media links.
Create a PureLeads account.
Sign in to your dashboard.
Purchase or receive credits.
Open the lead compiler.
Enter a business category and target location.
Submit the search.
View or download completed results.
An account is generally required to purchase credits, submit searches, review job history, download results, and access account-specific features.
You may search for lawful business categories such as contractors, restaurants, healthcare providers, retailers, real-estate companies, professional services, automotive businesses, hospitality companies, and many other business types.
Credits are digital usage units that allow an account to access lead-generation features. The number required may depend on the search type, requested result limit, selected source, or current pricing rules shown by the platform.
Credits are deducted according to the usage rules displayed when a search is submitted. PureLeads may deduct credits when a job is accepted, successfully processed, completed, or reaches another billable stage shown by the platform.
Credits are normally added after the payment provider confirms successful payment. Some payments may require additional confirmation or manual review.
Any expiration rule will be shown in the applicable pricing terms, promotion terms, checkout conditions, or account notice. Purchased and promotional credits may have different rules.
Credits are normally assigned to the account that purchased or received them and are not transferable unless PureLeads expressly approves the transfer.
Sign in, open the lead compiler, enter a category or keyword, enter the target location, choose available options, review the request, and submit the job.
Use a city and state, ZIP code, county, metropolitan area, or another supported geographic description. More specific locations usually produce more focused results.
A result limit is a maximum request, not a guarantee. Fewer results may be returned because of limited public data, duplicate removal, invalid listings, narrow locations, uncommon categories, source restrictions, or temporary provider limitations.
Yes. Repeating the same category and location may return many of the same businesses. PureLeads may also use valid cached results to improve speed and reduce duplicate provider requests.
Processing time depends on requested volume, provider response times, website analysis, email discovery, queue activity, and server load.
In most cases, an accepted server-side job continues after the browser closes. Return to your dashboard later to check the status.

Not every result will contain every field.
Open a completed search from your dashboard or history and select the available download option. PureLeads may provide CSV, XLSX, or another supported format.
Many businesses do not publicly display an email address. Some websites use contact forms, JavaScript, images, login requirements, or anti-automation protections that prevent discovery.
Social links are included only when they can be located through supported sources or the business website.
PureLeads attempts to reduce duplicates, but they may still occur when a company has multiple locations, alternate names, separate phone numbers, different domains, or inconsistent source records.
When enabled, PureLeads may send a secure download link or attach the export file, depending on file size and mail-server limits.
Available methods are displayed during checkout and may include cards, PayPal, supported cryptocurrency processors, or other enabled payment services.
Confirm that the payment is completed rather than pending, then sign out and sign back in. If credits still do not appear, contact support with the payment details and transaction identifier.
Refund eligibility is governed by the PureLeads Refund Policy. Used credits, completed searches, partially used packages, and promotional credits are generally non-refundable.
After PureLeads submits an approved refund, the payment provider or financial institution may need several business days to post it.
Contact support before opening a chargeback. Include the account email, payment date, amount, provider, receipt number, and a screenshot with unrelated financial information removed.
Use the password-reset link on the sign-in page and enter the email associated with your account. Check spam or junk folders if the message does not arrive.
Use account settings when available. Otherwise contact support from the current account email. Verification may be required.
Account sharing may be restricted for security, licensing, fraud-prevention, and usage-control reasons. Businesses needing multiple users should use an approved team arrangement when available.
Accounts may be restricted for suspected fraud, payment disputes, abusive automation, security risks, prohibited activity, or policy violations.
Use a unique password.
Do not share credentials.
Sign out on shared devices.
Keep your email secure.
Never send passwords through support.
No. Business information may be outdated, incomplete, duplicated, incorrectly categorized, or changed after publication. Verify important information independently.
PureLeads may compile information from supported third-party services, public business listings, business websites, public contact pages, and other lawful sources.
You are responsible for ensuring that all outreach complies with applicable laws, consent requirements, opt-out rules, suppression lists, industry standards, and platform policies.
Do not assume that a listed number may lawfully receive automated calls or texts. You are responsible for required consent and compliance.
Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, publication, or creation of a competing database may be restricted by the Terms of Service, account plan, source rules, or a separate license.
A search may fail because of invalid input, insufficient credits, provider errors, temporary source blocks, connection problems, server limits, or unavailable third-party services.
An empty file may mean the job returned no qualifying results, the export was generated before processing completed, or a temporary export error occurred.
Use your spreadsheet application’s import feature and select UTF-8 encoding with comma as the delimiter.
PureLeads may use cached results to improve speed, reduce duplicate provider requests, and lower processing costs.
Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari with JavaScript, cookies, and HTTPS enabled.
